Paddlefish offers unique and impressive waterfront views in Disney Springs. As a matter of fact, the roof-top dining level is the only one in Disney Springs. Then, I watched a live event of the grand opening on FaceBook and it became an instant must try on my very next trip to Orlando. This iconic restaurant and bar are on a reimagined modern, luxurious steamboat. The look of the “boat” is sleek, modern and dare I say… sexy?
Rooftop Views and Dining You can choose to eat inside or roof-top. My personal favorite is roof-top. The view from the upper level is second to none. Here is the perfect place to sit and relax with a cocktail and unwind from a busy day. There is a cool wrap around bar inside and outside you can sit at, or choose one of the many comfy, oversized chairs on the deck. Want a wonderful meal? They are open for lunch and dinner. I would highly recommend reservations, especially during peak seasons and weekends. Their menu is filled with seafood, sandwiches, salads and traditional surf and turf options. What is my go-to item on the menu? I love the lobster corndogs. Imagine lobster, lightly breaded, fried and then served on a stick. How fun does that sound? Just as good as they taste. Paired with a nice glass of wine, and I am set. Events During the weekend, they offer live music roof-top, be sure to check their website for the latest happenings and news. They have also offered cooking classes, wine tastings, and cocktail classes. What a great way to spend an evening while at Disney Springs… enjoying a cocktail, great food, and a fabulous view. Next time you head to Disney Springs, add Paddlefish to your list to try. Let me know what you think! Share the knowledge
